Summary: Top NH area GC seeks a construction superintendent for their rapidly growing yet stable firm and currently they have work in the western ma area.

Project

Super with ground up commercial and residential to 2 million

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Important projects for our client, and we need someone who knows what they are doing – and who can help them execute!

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications

• Deadline and detail-oriented
• College degree in construction or related preferred
• We need someone who is experienced with uper’s license, OSHA 30, and Procore please, with proven experience managing a crew on 5+ million
• 5+ years experience as assistant super or superintendent
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in construction management in ground up/rennovation
• Familiarity with construction management software

90000 + DOE
