Job Description

An Environmental Project Coordinator contributes to Cintra’s success by supporting the company’s Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) strategy. The Environmental Project Coordinator will assist the Global ESG Director with case studies and process improvement for sustainability activities. They will also serve as a lead for identifying findings from case study research and managing equipment and data associated with the studies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Microsoft Teams calls to go over logistics and other details with study volunteers prior to case studies
  • Assist with drafting instruction packets for logger device installation, to be provided to study volunteers
  • Help study volunteers trouble shoot issues with devices
  • Handle shipping and receiving of devices and enclosed documents involving Cintra and case study participants
  • Follow up, as needed, with volunteers to ensure devices are returned to Cintra promptly after study is complete
  • Maintain ongoing upkeep and maintenance of logger devices
  • Configure devices for testing; process data captured by devices after testing; the analysis of data will be managed separately

Education & Experience:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in conducting case studies or ESG field related research
  • HS diploma or G.E.D is required
  • Knowledge of ESG and case study practices is preferred


Professional Qualities:

  • Must be able to multitask, problem solve, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in work product; strong focus on being meticulous is a must
  • Ability to manage sensitive data
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively manage tasks and strict deadlines with independence
  • Ability to interact with volunteers in-person and via video conferencing


Computer Skills:

  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
