Perform all tasks related to the coffe station in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following

• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
• Restocking service area with cleaned and polished glassware and silverware
• Follow proper coffee service procedure
• Practice side station and coffee station maintenance throughout service
• Maintain coffee stations and perform assigned side work duties before, during, and after the shift.
• Prepare each coffee according to restaurant service standard
• Stock and maintain restaurant supplies
• Responsible for maintaining the storage cage cleaned and organized
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner
• Responsible for polishing flatware, glassware and silverware
• Complete any task as directed by management, including adjusting to changing duties and assignments as needed to support the team and the restaurant.
• Maintain inventory of silverware, flatware and glassware according to established pars
• Knowledge of the basic functions of food operations. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
