Hublot of America is seeking a Polisher to join the After-Sales team, in our Fort Lauderdale office. Reporting to the Technical Manager of Hublot North America, the Polisher will refinish Hublot watches, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to quality and safety, in accordance with brand standards.

MISSION

• Disassembly, cleaning, repair, and preparation of cases

• Refinishing of case and bracelet components

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness and organization

• Ensure delivery of services in a timely manner to meet deadlines

• Propose and contribute to improvement actions and projects

• Develop new standard operating procedures as new equipment, tooling, models, and materials are introduced

PROFILE

•Preferred 3 years of experience refinishing high value watches in a service center environment

•Thorough knowledge of industry best practices

•Ability to adapt to a fast-growing business and environment

•Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented skills

•Respectful of company and workshop policies and procedures
