Welder/Fabricator Jobs

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has recently graduated from a welding or fabrication program or has some experience to join our team as a Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities are:

1. Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to provided blueprints, specifications, and instructions.
2. Must be proficient in MIG welding applications that are overhead, vertical, and flat welds.
3. Interpret engineering drawings and technical plans to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials required.
4. Set up and prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, grinding, cutting, and fitting components...
5. Collaborate with senior welders and fabricators to learn new techniques and improve skills.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
7. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding or fabrication program from a recognized technical or vocational school.
2. Knowledge of welding techniques, including MIG.
3. Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
4. Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in welding and fabrication.
5. Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
