This position as a Junior Project Manager trainee is perfect if you’re ambitious and have a fun personality! You’ll learn how to raise brand awareness for our clients’ products and services, sales and revenue management, business management and market research to name a few, all whilst getting paid. As this position is entry level you will first start with the basics, as listed below.

Initial Responsibilities of the Entry Level Junior Project Manager:

• Learn the clients’ products and services
• Help customers understand new offers and the best deals available
• Working directly with customers to complete sales transactions
• Attend industry meetings
• Deal with all customer inquiries
• Work alongside the CEO to hit preset sales goals
• Complete new customer documentation
• Create brand awareness on behalf of our clients

As you develop further you will be able to get involved in further duties such as:

• Attend workshops to help expand your skills and knowledge
• Help set up events
• Travel to event locations
• Attend client meetings

Management Trainee Progression

As with any career, development and progression is very important. For successful Management Trainees that are able to prove themselves and their ability to work with customers, carry out tasks consistently and work with the team effectively, progression opportunities to work in our management team will become available. General Management duties will include:

• Setting out necessary targets
• Team Management
• Scheduling Events - Location / Type of Campaign / Event Team
• Overseeing Departments - Sales Team / Recruitment Team / HR Team / Social Media Team
• Client Management
