The Senior Business Analyst will support a range of cross-functional responsibilities including strategic planning and portfolio management, accounting and finance, accounts receivable (invoicing and treasury reconciliation) and accounts payable, project and program management, performance management/reporting, business analysis and business case development, and operational infrastructure development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage client setup and invoicing, including reconciliation of receivables
• Support development of monthly and quarterly business review materials including the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators
• Support initiative leads with business analysis and decision making
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure necessary to manage and report performance, including the development of margin, ROI and pricing analysis
• Project manage key initiatives including client facing projects or growth objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage data to influence and make informed decisions
• Experience in Excel, Microsoft Word
• Proven self-starter that can identify and solve problems
• Demonstrated ability to leverage communication skills to influence others toward execution of common objective
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, and business operations
• Proven solid organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational skills and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics,
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
• Proven exceptional ability to drive results through solid collaborating and influencing skills
