What We Need


The Employee Relations Specialist will act as the primary investigator for employee relations and compliance matters. A successful Employee Relations Specialist will enhance and improve the satisfaction and engagement of employees by ensuring their concerns are addressed and promptly resolved in compliance with legal requirements and organizational goals.


What You Will Do


  • Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner
  • Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture balancing employee advocacy with what’s right for the business
  • Develop and implement investigation plans, and ensure prompt resolution of cases/concerns
  • Coach, counsel, and educate employees on HR policies, processes, and programs
  • Investigate workplace issues/concerns, and draft concise and clear investigation reports
  • Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation
  • Partner with legal and local leadership on employee-related issues
  • Be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, promoting ethical and compliant behavior


What Will Make You a Great Fit


  • An adaptable attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of employee relations experience required
  • An employee-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
