Employee Communications Specialist Jobs

Our team is currently seeking a qualified Employee Communications Lead to join our Talent team. In this role, you will be internally and externally responsible for Employee Communications, partnering with our solution leads, talent, and marketing teams to enrich the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop our Employee Brand, best practices, and approaches with brand marketing, digital media, and communications.

• Develop communication campaigns to support the overall Employee lifecycle.

• Expand strategies and initiatives that enable all employees to engage in the talent strategy.

• Develop an approach and strategy for employee engagement, which includes the annual engagement survey encompassing full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives, market presence in the industry, leader/team capability development and ongoing monitoring of engagement and focused actions in response.

• Create and own content for internal communication which supports the organization and ensures relevance to our Core Values.

• Collaborate closely with the talent team to ensure consistency and alignment across all communications with employees.

• Create and manage communication content, including graphics, emails/memos, videos, slide decks, and more, to engage employees and potential talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, communications or a related field

• Minimum of eight to ten years of combined experience in employee engagement, internal communication and employee branding.

• Ability to multitask and work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the professional services preferred.

• Deep interest in storytelling and our strategy to educate, inform, and inspire employees.

• Experience in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative platforms.
