Employee Benefits Specialist – Insurance Agency
Job Location: FULLY REMOTE
We have an exciting opportunity for anyone with Employee Benefits Account Management experience in New Jersey.
Looking for someone with 5+ years’ employee benefits experience. Must be well-experienced with all Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, Ancillary Lines as well as Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. Experience with managing clients' benefits programs, assist with benefits enrollments, status changes, general inquiries, leave of absence, disability and other administrative life status changes. Must have experience with Microsoft office - Excel & Word.
Salary would be commensurate with experience, 75k - 100k.
Must have the highest degree of customer service! Knowledge of variety of insurance carriers and experience at the local agency level required. Must be able to handle complex information and maintain composure on a busy desk. Current Life & Health license for New Jersey required.
