Employee Advocate/Call Center Representative - Remote | Wfh

As part of our dedicated Employee Advocate team, you'll collaborate closely with fellow members of our Benefits Administration department, ensuring that we consistently exceed client expectations.
Competitive Compensation
Here's what you can look forward to:
$19 - $20/hr (1-3 years of Customer Service experience)
$20 - $21/hr with Insurance industry experience
$22 - $25/hr if you're a licensed Agent - yes, we value your expertise!
Your Role As An Employee Advocate
Engage with inbound/outbound calls related to Health & Welfare matters.
Provide follow-up assistance on calls, including those escalated to Tier 2 or 3, using our comprehensive resources such as call center guidelines, our Knowledge System, and client process materials.
Be a keen problem-solver, identifying and escalating potential service-quality issues.
Efficiently route calls to the appropriate carriers based on client-specific processes.
Capture, document, and communicate recurring challenges or trends for continuous improvement.
