Job Title: Electronic Records Clerk

Duration: 13 weeks

The EHR Support Specialist is a 100% work-from-home position responsible for the completion, maintenance, and tracking of all EHR-related activities related to documents and e-mails sent to them electronically from the Clinical units. This position involves a significant amount of data entry. The EHR Support Specialists are also responsible for ensuring all data is entered correctly in real-time into multiple EHR systems. EHR Support Specialists run the Support Help Desk. They must be Experts in all Practice Management EHR-related functions. They must possess the skills necessary to problem-solve and resolve data issues for clinical staff related to Data entry into the EHR. EHR Support specialists are also required to maintain a clear line of communication with Clinical Staff and Supervisors to research, reconcile, and resolve any questions that arise concerning the Clinical Paperwork, EHR Database, MHWin system, or any of the Ongoing electronic Processes.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma

2 years of business experience

2 years of Electronic Health Record Experience

Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must have excellent organization and attention to detail skills to track and prepare data accurately and timely.

Must have the ability to problem solve and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form
