Electrical Helper I

• Daily clean-up.
• Work as part of a team and use materials safely.
• Material/Tool handling.
• Entry level position no previous experience required.

• Show up on time and eager to perform.
• Participate in THA process and identify safety hazards as they arise.
• Follow directions and ask questions.

Electrical Helper II

• Encompasses all Electrical Helper I Roles and Responsibilities as well as the following:

• Understands and can use power tools safely.
• Assist in installation or assembly of trade specific material and equipment in the shop or jobsite.

• Expand and demonstrate knowledge of some electrical systems applications: Solar, commercial, industrial installation.
• Expand and demonstrate knowledge of multiple electrical material applications: Raceway, installation, cable installation, equipment installation for example.
• Lead THA process with assistance from Supervisor.
• Minimum 2 years experience

Electrical Helper III

• Encompasses all Electrical Helper II Roles and Responsibilities as well as the following:

• Installation or assembly of trade specific material and equipment in the shop or jobsite.
• Expand and demonstrate knowledge of building codes, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
• Develop keen eye for quality installation of systems and immediately report any substandard craftsmanship to lead.
• Develop general understanding of integrated project life cycle and key trade partners.
• Operate all required support equipment safely to achieve installation of systems: scissor lifts, forklift, ladders.

• Educate on lessons learned when and where appropriate.
• Assist with testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Understanding of work plan process and how to implement.
• Perform daily safety assessment of Tools, Cords, Equipment.
