A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BNB GROUNDSKEEPER AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Other Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

As a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Specialist, you will perform light repairs and routine landscaping by mowing the grass and power brooming our artificial turf. You will also perform duties as assigned including painting, filling crevices, or shoveling snow. Always aware, you identify and report the need for major repairs. You find great satisfaction in helping us keep our building clean and ready for our customer's enjoyment.

• Miscellaneous Repairs and Cleaning: Light repaint jobs, small paint projects, caulking, window cleaning, and sweeping.
• Seasonal Tasks: Performing seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Landscape Maintenance: Trimming and pruning shrubs and hedges to maintain health and appearance.
• Weed Control: Identify and remove weeds from lawn and hardscape areas.
• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing and edging to keep the lawn neat, as well as power-raking our artificial turf.
• Trash and Debris Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash and other debris from outdoor areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper, or maintenance technician/specialist
• Basic understanding of lawn equipment (mower, edger, weed eater)

WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position typically works 2 days each week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
