Overview A Staffing Administrator is responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process for an organization. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. They must also ensure that all staffing policies and procedures are followed. Detailed Job Description The Staffing Administrator is responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process for an organization. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. They must also ensure that all staffing policies and procedures are followed. The Staffing Administrator will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job postings, and source and screen potential candidates. They will also be responsible for conducting background checks and reference checks, and ensuring that all new hires are properly onboarded. Additionally, the Staffing Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all staffing activities, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and staffing
• Professional certification in Human Resources or related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of human resources best practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and staffing
• Experience in developing job postings and sourcing candidates
• Experience in conducting background checks and reference checks
• Experience in onboarding new hires
