What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align Amazon strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon.com strategy to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, including product titles, descriptions, images, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Utilize Amazon's advertising tools, such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Oversee and optimize the fulfillment process, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and other third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Stay current on Amazon policy changes, industry trends, and best practices, and implement learnings as needed to ensure continued success on the platform.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive seller rating.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Amazon account managers and other key stakeholders to address any challenges and maximize growth opportunities.


At minimum, we’d like you to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including advertising tools, product listing optimization, and inventory management.
  • 3 years of experience managing and growing an e-commerce business on Amazon.com, including experience with FBA.
  • Possesses a client-service mentality, focused on developing strong relationships and acting with urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms, such as eBay, Walmart, or Shopify, is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets on Amazon.com.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
