Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); proficiency in VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables is mandatory.

1+ years of experience in eCommerce in the apparel industry

Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including advertising tools, product listing optimization, and inventory management.

Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, including product titles, descriptions, images, and other relevant information.

Manage customer service inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive seller rating.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align Amazon strategy with overall business objectives.

Develop and maintain relationships with Amazon account managers and other key stakeholders to address any challenges and maximize growth opportunities.

3 years of experience managing and growing an e-commerce business on Amazon.com, including experience with FBA.

Strong project management and analytical skills.

Identify and implement ongoing process improvements that increase sales, reduce expenses, and improve the overall guest experience.

7+ years of experience in operations and/or e-commerce with at least 4+ in e-commerce specifically.

Experience working with parcel carriers and last-mile delivery providers.

Possess strong cross-functional communication skills; takes a proactive approach to cross-functional communication and works to continually improve and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Lead key eCommerce initiatives across cross-functional teams by proposing, defining, and driving operational projects to completion,

Strong project management and creative thinking skills.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet.
