Ecommerce Operations Manager Jobs

Someone to replace ME (the founder and CEO) on most aspects of managing our ecommerce stack, customer experience, and day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee smooth function of ecommerce operations and help ensure an excellent, end-to-end customer experience primarily post-checkout: produce, customer, and order management; order processing, fulfillment, and shipping; transactional and marketing communications (email/sms); customer service; subscription management; rewards program management; etc.

Qualifications

Prior experience with ecommerce platforms and applications such as Shopify, Amazon, Recharge, Yotpo, Klaviyo/Hubspot, Attentive/Postscript, Gorgias/Zendesk, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Any prior experience with ancillary functions is a plus: digital marketing (email/sms, influencer/affiliate management, organic social media, content creation, ad buying & attribution tracking, graphic design), brand partnerships, corporate sales, catering sales, customer service, loyalty, rewards, & referral programs, nutrition software, recipe development, food sourcing, vendor management, accounting, recruiting, fundraising/investor relations, etc. (clearly a lot to be done and/or a lot to learn!)

Skills and attributes

-excellent written and verbal communication

-highly proficient with general computer & software use (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, G Suite, Canva, Adobe, Figma, Shopify, social media)

-humble, personable, collaborative, helpful/servant-hearted attitude

-willing/able to LEARN CONSTANTLY and put in above-average effort to see a mission-driven startup through to profitability at scale or successful exit

-(also willing/able to put up with a fast-paced, opinionated founder in the process!)
