Documentation Quality Analyst Jobs

As a Documentation Quality Analyst you will perform quality reviews of technical documentation developed by others and evaluate associate performance against documentation standards. You will provide training and feedback to associates to improve documentation quality and compliance with documentation standards. You will develop and maintain documentation standards and participate in initiatives to improve documentation quality. You will also help onboard new associates by evaluating candidates and assisting with initial training.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of technical writing, technical copy editing or other related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Instructional Design, related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality reviews of technical documentation and develop quality standards.
• Adhere to and refine development and maintenance timelines to ensure timelines of client deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and documented processes.
• Provide training and feedback to associates to improve document quality and compliance with documentation standards.
• Create content for peers using technical writing and documentation standards.
• Review content against Section 508 and WCAG requirements.
• Contribute to review calibration sessions aimed at bringing consistency to review feedback.
• Provide expertise in the application of technical writing standards in training content.
• Conduct functional testing of content.
• Gatekeeper of documentation ensuring version and document IDs are accurate and controlled.
