Job Description

Do you have DEI experience & law firm HR background?


Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is looking to bring on a DEI Manager to help build their DEI initiatives.


This position can be remote, hybrid, or in person dependent on your preference.


Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, recommend, and assist in executing creative strategies to advance the firm's DEI goals
  • Review current practices, policies, and programs, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they advance the Firm's DEI goals. Develop and create new internal DEI programs including programs that qualify for MCLE and advance the professional development of DEI champions
  • Evaluate DEI initiatives as requested by CTO to identify potential metrics, measure progress, and suggest improvements
  • Create new DEI events
  • Maintain and build knowledge of DEI-regulated issues, legislation, and best practices


At least 5 years HR experience required, with at least 3 years specializing in DEI at a law firm preferred.
