About this Position:
The purpose and function of the Sr. District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) position is to engage in activities that directly support Honda and dealer lifetime owner loyalty, including customer satisfaction and retention. The Honda Sr. District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) functions as a direct liaison between Honda Parts and Service Field Operations and Honda automobile dealerships in the assigned district.
* This Position Covers the territory of Florida*
Responsibilities include:
- Achievement of customer satisfaction objectives
- Increase district repair order growth and customer retention
- Achievement of parts and accessory sales objectives
- Monitor and manage warranty expense
Who we are seeking:
We are looking for qualified people and diverse background and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic, to bring the future to Honda as a Sr. DPSM.
Required Work Experience:
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required
- This position requires frequent travel and the possibility of relocation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly developed customer relations skills preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of analysis, action planning, and follow through to achieve assigned business objectives
- 13+ years of work experience plus a minimum of (5) five years of auto parts and service wholesale and retail experience
- Knowledge of warranty and dealer service wholesale and retail experience, including operations policy and procedures is required
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Technology, or equivalent work-related experience
Desired skills:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer service
