Job Description
NOW HIRING: Regional Sales and Operations Manager for Title Boxing Club in Dallas, TX. Up to $100,000.00 or more plus benefits.


ABOUT OUR TEAM: TITLE Boxing Club (TBC) is the legendary boutique fitness franchise that put boxing fitness in the spotlight. The first to market and still the most influential boxing fitness club in the U.S., TITLE Boxing Club sets the standard for high-energy boxing classes that have the power to transform lives.


Since our founding in 2008, we’ve grown to over 145 locations and continue to expand in regions across the U.S. With more than a decade in business, we’ve built a legendary reputation and a proven franchise model that turns heads.


HIGHLIGHTS: This position is responsible for all sales and operations oversight of 3 clubs in the Dallas area reporting to the Vice President, Operations. The role is responsible for helping maintain and grow the overall success of the clubs by working directly with the General Managers at each location. Responsibilities will include


developing and coaching the General Managers through maximizing sales/profitability, advancing studio


operations, supporting recruitment, leading culture initiatives, and optimizing staff performance. Realistically, this individual will grow and lead new studios as we continue to expand in the market.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Sales and Operations


 Visit each club weekly to ensure studios are meeting exceptional TBC customer standards as well as prioritize the needs of each club.


 Ensure financial results are being met for clubs including sales, labor, expense management, operating profit, NPS, and guest satisfaction metrics.


 Work with General Managers and TBC marketing team to develop lead generation programs and quarterly marketing plans by the club.


 Drive business partnerships within the communities to drive results in partnership with Title Boxing Club Marketing team and General Managers


 Identify and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive member traffic and conversion


Leadership and Development


 Provide leadership for and assist with the ongoing development, training, and support of the General Managers as team leaders and sales managers.


 Coach the General Managers on financial management, recruitment initiatives, member expectations, employee relations, turnover, and operational metrics


 Conducts weekly/monthly one-on-one meetings with General Managers


 Actively participate on Slack including commenting, reacting, and connecting with your


designated club employees


Financial Management


 Responsible for achieving regional-level goals including revenue and operating expenses for each club.


 Conducts daily/weekly/monthly reviews of sales, labor, expenses, and client satisfaction metrics.


 Partners with the General Managers to manage P&L for each club.


 Implements cost-cutting measures on a monthly/daily basis based on P&L budget results.


 Monitor staffing levels and labor costs to maximize productivity


 Conduct monthly reviews of key financial metrics with General Managers while visiting studios.


Talent Management


 Ensure necessary staffing levels are maintained to satisfy studio demand while remaining within budget


 Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training of employees


 Work with General Managers to ensure performance management is being met including


succession planning and developing employees.


 Build a bench of talented employees looking to grow within the Title Boxing Club brand.


 Validate training and development of all employees is being achieved in each club.


 Collaborates with the Product team regularly to ensure the needs of each club’s coach


scheduling, playbook accountability, and labor standards are achieved.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:


 2-3 years of proven experience as a Multi-unit Manager in the fitness industry


 Excellent financial acumen and proven track record of meeting sales targets in the fitness industry


 Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving ability


 Self-motivated and inspired to produce results along with a positive attitude that motivates others


 Ability to multi-task as well as prioritize with constant activity


 Must possess honesty, integrity, and accountability


 Ability to develop regional strategies to achieve club financial, operational, and customer service goals while addressing each clubs’ unique challenges


 Ability to visit clubs and audit studio performance within the Dallas area on a weekly basis
