Distribution Operations/Customer Compliance Manager
As a Distribution Operations/ Customer Compliance Manager - You act as the linking pin between the region/export markets organizations, divisions and the regional distribution organization. You will be responsible for managing the market delivery performance from both the Warehousing and Transport point of view, from all shipping points.
What you’ll do
  • You establish a robust Forecasting process and align on Yearly/Monthly/Weekly Forecasts with the markets and divisions, as input towards the regional warehousing and transport organizations. You identify and drive improvements on process quality and costs levels with/for the market(s) and divisions.
  • You are responsible for logistics complaint management on behalf of markets and divisions towards service providers in warehouse, transport, and customs.
  • You challenge Markets and Divisions to continuously improve their processes and distribution structures to optimize logistics service and cost for Signify.
  • You establish continuous improvement processes (4C) with the Delivery Performance team to identify and solve service problems, managing improvement initiatives in close cooperation with markets and divisions.
  • You are responsible for managing the division receiving performance from both Warehousing and Transport point of view, into DC’s/Factories.
  • You manage the operational customs processes for the region, in close cooperation with the customs service providers. You contribute to RFP programs (led by commodity management team), to make sure that customer requirements are considered.
Your qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of demonstrated achievement in warehouse administration/compliance and managing logistics service providers (3PL).
  • Full End2End supply chain knowledge, advanced process management and critical thinking skills, and experience with automation.
  • Process Management Certification and Lean Advanced/Black Belt certification a plus
  • Customer focused, promoting high levels of customer service, and communicates clearly at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Extensive background in project management.
  • Deep stakeholder and change management capabilities; persuasive, inspires commitment, and creates high performing teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $130,000 to $217,000 (Bridgewater)
Bonus: Target 15%
