The Position:

Our Distribution General Manager will manage and operate the warehouse by offering the highest levels of logistics support while developing, mentoring, engaging, and retaining team members.

What you will do in this position:

• Anticipate and identify problems, challenges, and opportunities by analyzing data and reports
• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse
• Maintain good communication throughout the Warehouse
• Ensure the team operates in a safe manner and prevent and monitor for unsafe practices and situations
• All other duties relevant to the department

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-task operations.
• Four years or more of successful management or assistant management in a distribution center.
• Above average computer skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
• Must be able to relocate to another Distribution Center within the United States.

Qualifications we would like to see:

• College degree in a related field or equivalent.

• Two or more years of supervisory experience
