Team size is 20 people.

7 direct reports in the US the rest in the UK.

Position reports to the VP of Professional Services.

The Senior Director – Global Project Management Operations oversees a team of high performing Project Managers who are tasked with delivering multiple, complex SaaS implementation projects on time and within budget for our customers. The Senior Director will also be tasked with creating a scalable, consistent, global project management framework that can be executed across entire product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with peer organizations within PS (implementation, tech consulting, operations) and other organizations (e.g., sales customer success, etc) to execute on key strategic initiatives that can drive product and services growth.
• Ensure implementation projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead, organize, direct, and manage a team of high performing project managers.
• Track, forecast and measure billable utilization for the PMO team against established targets; ensure efficient deployment of project managers.
• Identifies process improvement initiatives to optimize and scale our project management and implementation capabilities globally.
• Facilitates ongoing resource planning to ensure team maintains appropriate levels of billable utilization.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement a project management framework that drives consistency and operational excellence.
• 5+ years global customer facing project management experience (e.g., managing projects/customers in multiple countries)
• Experience working in matrixed and complex organizations and an appreciation of how to execute in a high growth, fasted paced environment.
• Experience in M&A activity and a strong ability to integrate diverse teams and individuals towards a common goal.
• 7-10+ years as a project/program manager or project management office leader for high growth SaaS platform
