Product Marketing plays a central role by partnering with Product Management, Sales, Communications, and all the other parts of Marketing and throughout the company to drive clear, compelling messaging and positioning, deliver customer insights, take new and existing products to market, and develop content that fuels growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Play an instrumental role as part of annual strategy process.
  • Partner with the Strategic alliances, Competitive/Marketing Intell, Channel marketing/Sales enablement, and GBEs CPOs to develop the content and positioning HCE software
  • Lead the Global Product Marketing at HCE
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product to develop our industry vertical positioning and messaging.
  • Define and message key solutions use cases for both acquisition and expansion marketing
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on “Why HCE” to the broader marketing team, articulating how our solutions fit into their competitive categories
  • Create, communicate, and teach the platform story to sales, channel, and marketing.
  • Be a top speaker for HCE
  • Manage a growing team of high-performing solutions and technical marketing professionals
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading product marketing at fast-growing software organization and managing a high-performing teams across multiple functions and disciplines and in B2B software
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience positioning technical products to both technical and economic buyers.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including sales, SEs, demand generation, product management, and comms.
  • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative software company.
  • Participated in the creation of a category-defining company that won in a competitive market, and is looking to do it again
  • A gift for storytelling and proven ability to craft compelling go-to-market stories, expressed in the form of executive presentations, keynotes, web copy, pitch decks, and more.
