Brosnan is seeking a Director of Security in West Palm Beach, Florida!
The salary is $90,000 plus bonus opportunities.
PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Match 401k up to 4%.

The Director of Security will oversee all security officers and perform constant reviews to make informed management recommendations and assess the client's overall needs. Plans, directs, and coordinates the daily activities of the Security department.Ensures that established goals and objectives are accomplished. Responsibilities- Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze business and global trends to determine and plan for both short-term and long-term security & resiliency operational goals.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and exercise direct fiscal responsibility via cost effective budget management.
- Manage the department work schedule to ensure proper preparation and staffing every day and forspecial events.
- Assess,develop,and oversee the execution of security strategies and plans as required by the customer.
- Develop and deliver written documentation pertaining to safety & security plans for small, medium, and large events,as well as the normal day to day operations of the facility.
- Work alongside security officers via foot and mobile patrol to ensure all incidents are handled timely and thoroughly.
- Meet with the client on a daily and/or weekly basis to report current property conditions and present an action plan to address changing conditions, if warranted.
- Train and manage security staff by setting site security operational goals, regularly assessing performance, and quickly making effective corrections to performance and conduct, including retraining and employee corrective action and development plans.
- Fiveyears of supervisory or management experience
- ADP Workforce experience preferred.
- Former Military (Honorable Discharge)
- Law Enforcement
- WinTeam/eHubexperience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or four to six years related experience, or an equivalent combination of college and experience.
- Security Industry experience as an Account Manager
