As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Hospice Care Consultants, Site Leadership, and Clinical Teams to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to effectively lead, communicate with and mentor our team and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.

On an average day, you will…

• Drive patient census growth by assessing competitor information and trends, researching and identifying referral opportunities, exhausting direct-marketing tools to generate leads
• Maintain commitment and accountability to meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives, and hold HCC Team committed and accountable to the same
• And perform additional, related duties as needed
• Organize and communicate strategic plans for our Hospice Care Consultant teams
• Promptly respond to and fulfill needs of HCC team and the field

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have at least 1 year of hospice sales and marketing experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
