Job description:

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to support our Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies that will maximize revenue for all outlets at the property
• Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Direct all marketing and branding efforts to ensure maximum yield is achieved, market segments are correctly targeted, and the Quail Lodge & Golf Club image is vibrantly portrayed
• Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
• Manage the day-to-day operation via scheduling, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department

 

 

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or its equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Through knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years of sales managerial experience in the hospitality industry preferred

 

 

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 per year + Bonus
