We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, drive business growth, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the chemical or related industry.
