The Sea Ranch Lodge is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team! The Director of Sales will attract new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of sales experience in a leadership role, and excellent communication skills.

The Director of Sales will manage lead sources, analyze pricing trends, adjust strategies based on market segment knowledge, and maintain positive relationships with peers, competitors, and brand partners. The Director of Sales will also recruit, coach, counsel, and train the sales team and present at sales meetings. Responsibilities

• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills
• 5+ years' of experience in sales
