- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers, and Sales Reps
- Set up times for management and reps to go to company installations to generate more business and get customer testimonials/reviews
- Make sure all processes, policies and trainings are enforced properly
- 3+ years of management experience
- Create a recurring schedule for script testing your direct reports
- Recruiting and making sure districts are full with qualified employees
- Daily standup meetings with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers and Canvas Managers
- Tracking Numbers/Reporting - Update and monitor daily reports
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Set and approve spiffs, bonuses, & outings for districts
- Train and oversee District Sales Managers, District Training Managers and Canvas Managers
- Make sure office locations are in good condition
- Conduct one on one pipeline reviews with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers and Sales Reps weekly
- Collaborate with leadership in sales and other departments to ensure desired key district production is met
- Roll out new processes and procedures
- Shadow appointments when it is required or when it is needed
- In home sales experience
- Issue PIP’s (Performance Improvement Plan) when necessary
- Plan and execute weekly meetings with District Team
- Ensure projects are making it to installs by partnering with the proper departments to get them what they need and learn where we can improve
- Interview and hire District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers and Sales Reps as needed
- Must be able to work and navigate salesforce
- Must be able to read, create and explain a PnL (Profit and Loss) sheet
- Must be able to run meetings, training classes and perform takeovers
- Must know how to use excel and google sheets
