Naples Grande Golf Club is a highly acclaimed, Rees Jones-designed private course located a short drive from downtown Naples. Renowned golf architect Rees Jones designed a par 72 championship course that proves both interesting and challenging. Each hole at this demanding course promises an exhilarating new experience. With extraordinary elevations and unique water features expertly incorporating the indigenous Florida foliage, this course offers stunning fairways for year-round play for Premier Club members and guests of Naples Grande Beach Resort. In the fall of 2022, South Street Partners acquired Naples Grande Golf Club & Naples Grande Beach Resort from Northwood Investors, and adds Naples Grande into its exciting portfolio, including Palmetto Bluffs and The Cliffs.

Naples Grande is looking for our next Director of Retail. The Director of Retail will be a full-time, year round salary position. The Director of Retail will coordinate with The Head Golf Professional in the day-to-day operational needs as it specifically relates to ordering, receiving, and display of the golf shop merchandise. The Director of Retail will also coordinate with Sales Representatives to coordinate trunk shows for members and member initiatives throughout the season.

Under new ownership with South Street Partners, there are exciting changes on the horizon which will be discussed during the interview process - which will be a great opportunity for The Director of Retail.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented and able to work in a team atmosphere. Our Retail Department has grown 92% in the last 3 years, and we hope to bring an energetic team member to meet the needs of our operation.

Tentative start date is October 15th, but is negotiable for the right candidate.
