We are looking for an experienced Director of Professional Services. This key leadership role reports to the Vice President of Professional Services and encompasses service delivery activities for Paradigm customers, as well as cross-functional personnel management of Paradigm Professional Services Managers.

What You Will Do:

• You will organize and facilitate quarterly strategic review and planning sessions for your client group.
• You will provide services account management for your client group, which includes overall customer satisfaction and providing support for customer escalations.
• You will provide guidance and strategy to ensure your Professional Service Managers are aligned on resource needs & commitments.
• We believe customers (internal & external) are the key to our success. You are the ultimate customer service champion!
• You will plan for the future. You will provide financial management, including capacity planning and financial forecasting.
• You will build a team. You are responsible for hiring, performance management, and development of your team of management and senior technical resources.
• You are the face of Paradigm. You will know Paradigm’s products and provide customers with insight into new products, additional offerings and potential service opportunities. You are responsible for creating & executing on service contracts.
• You will oversee multiple managers and teams within our Professional Services Division and build a team culture that creates team success.

What you Need to Succeed:

• You have proven ability to create compelling professional services value propositions to existing customers.
• You have excellent team planning, project budget, and services engagement management skills.
• You are proficient with Microsoft products.
• You have exceptional communication skills: presentation creation/delivery, public speaking, and written.
• You will have 8+ years of experience in professional services or software organization.
• You have 2+ years of experience managing a team and managing customer relationships.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required. Travel is required (10-15%).
