Overview:

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee call center, Patient Care Specialists, Training & Quality, and other operational functions.
  • Lead Patient Care Team, ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, managing growth, costs, and efficiencies.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure for patient care delivery, refining operating models, processes, and metrics.
  • Manage and mentor Patient Care Team Managers and Leads in CoE
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive improvements and accountability.


Things you NEED to bring:

  • Proven experience managing large, distributed teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • The use of Metrics and KPIs to leverage and grow the team by 50%. Prior experience using data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Experience leading Call Center Managers and Team Leads within digital health.
  • Proven experience managing growth in scale, costs and refining the delivery of Center of Excellence teams.
  • 7+ years managing large-scale teams (Patient Care Teams, Call centers, Training & Development, Operations)
