Job Details


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to join our team in the Digital Agency space. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in driving growth for our company by developing and managing strategic partnerships with top-tier companies in the e-commerce space. You will work closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and help us stay ahead of the competition.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that is based on industry partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to our executive team.
  • Manage a team of partner managers and other business development professionals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities for collaboration, and negotiate and close deals with them.
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences, and participate in other networking activities to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, and serve as their primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and programs that drive revenue and customer acquisition.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partner marketing, or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital agency landscape, with experience working with Shopify and other leading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their goals.
