Director Of Operations Jobs

Your primary job as an Operations Director for BARE BLENDS® is to assist with overseeing operations at corporate locations and ensure the company meets specific labor cost and cost of goods targets. Your goal is to create and continue to disseminate BARE BLENDS® work culture, onboard, train and retain employees, ensure all New York locations are up to par with regard to product, employee performance and more, and complete larger projects for the corporate team and franchise system as they are assigned. Your secondary goal within this role will be to help support our franchisees with meeting goals, providing great service, marketing their stores and growing our franchise system.
