This is a crucial position responsible for overseeing essential aspects of their manufacturing processes. As the Director of Manufacturing Operations, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, operational efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality standards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a high-performing operations team and fostering a collaborative culture, emphasizing accountability and continuous learning.

Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, efficiency, and productivity through the application of best practices and lean manufacturing principles.

Driving a results-oriented culture by setting clear goals, providing performance feedback, and promoting accountability among team members.

Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and capacity strategies in alignment with customer demand and cross-functional teams.

Establishing and enforcing quality standards, processes, and controls throughout the manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and drive improvements.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment for all employees through the implementation of effective safety protocols and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field.

At least 12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
