Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Director of Operations to join our fast-growing dental partnership network’s (“DPN”) management team in New York. Guardian Dentistry’s mission is to support our partner dentist entrepreneurs and teams in building the practices of their dreams. While Guardian brings together passionate, purpose-driven, like-minded dental entrepreneurs who share similar values, each of our partners are very different, and it’s those very differences that make us stronger in positively impacting the lives of everyone we serve across our network of practices.

Guardian Dentistry partners with dental groups that are founded and operated by successful dentist entrepreneurs. Guardian’s state partnerships feel like working with a local group run by proudful owners that care for their business, staff, and patients like it’s their own because it is their own! Dentists and a family office primarily fund us, so we have less of a corporatized setting but access capital and institutional quality support. Beyond that, our empowered doctor partners, that are truly business partners in every sense of the definition, are what makes us unique – they are leaders in their respective markets. We are privileged to have them join us on this journey together. Our partners put their heart and soul into their business (which is why we wanted to partner with them in the first place), and there is a real sense of passion for dentistry, love of the art and science of it, and uncompromising transparency and ethics in everything they do. We strive to stay as modern as possible with state-of-the-art technology (milling, intraoral scanners, 3D CT scans, surgical guides, etc.) to be more efficient and practice the highest quality of dentistry and deliver a consistently superior experience.

Our local partnerships consist of dentist owners/partners in key leadership positions, and with that, you get a decorporatized setting while still benefiting from economies of scale. As our leadership team, the dentist entrepreneurs that have joined Guardian recognize the value of more resources while preserving their autonomy, identity, and culture. We embrace each practice’s unique culture and strive to preserve everything about what makes the practice so special while also providing for a pathway for careful and thoughtful evolution and growth, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
