Director Of Operations Jobs

Our client, a leading baked goods company, is currently recruiting a Director of Operations who will infuse the Operations Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. 1) Be responsible for the entire manufacturing facility operatives

2) Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure the achievement of manufacturing goals

3) Work with salespeople for planning and forecast of production

4) Maximize productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating costs and goals

5) Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.

6) Make strategic investments in capital to achieve improvement in performance measures, productivity and asset preservation

7) Translate customer and corporate priorities into achievable objectives for the work unit

8) Direct and coach managers

9) Ensure coaching and development occur throughout the organization

Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the baked goods industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in operations management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
