Director Of Operations – South East

The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of the operations function in the South East region. This includes responsibility for the planning, execution, and control of all operations activities across the board. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power delivery, utility construction, and high voltage. They will also have a proven track record of success in managing complex operations functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement budgets for the operations function
• Manage the planning, execution, and control of all operations activities
• Resolve operational problems and issues
• Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders about operations activities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the region
• Oversee the performance of operations staff and ensure that they are meeting all requirements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in power delivery, utility construction, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
