Director Of Operations – South East Jobs

Manage a host of internal and external relationships, including with Joby’s partners in South Korea and relevant government/regulatory stakeholders 

Experience in aerospace operations and/ or market development

Serve as a Joby ambassador to the South Korean market and partners

Operations focus: Analyze Joby’s existing early operations across and apply learnings to the intricacies of the South Korean environment

Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure timely early operations launch

Proficiency in spoken and written Korean

Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts to communicate and execute against company strategic direction, priorities, and financial guardrails.

Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights and analysis.

Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.

Manage key retailers: establish promotion calendars, new items, trade spend investment, post-promo analysis, and retail programs.

Holistic sales skills to align to our strategic goals including:

People leader with demonstrated experience managing a field sales team through servant leadership.

Partnering with Human Resources to enhance leadership skills, including performance management, talent management and employee relations

Demonstrated Project Management experience with ability to articulate improvements and savings to the organization.

Approachable with excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.

Advanced knowledge and experience of PVC pipe extrusion process desired.

Grow the skills of plant leadership through mentorship and education.

Working with Plant Managers to direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving.

Already hold a Certificate IV or higher qualification in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Youth Services, Community Services or similar

15+ years of experience in power delivery, utility construction, or a related field

Strong leadership and communication skills

Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the region

Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders about operations activities

Manage the planning, execution, and control of all operations activities

Oversee the performance of operations staff and ensure that they are meeting all requirements

15+ years of experience in power delivery, utility construction, or a related field

Strong leadership and communication skills
