The Director of Manufacturing Operations should have the following skill set:

· Bachelor degree preferred

· 7+ years Leadership Experience in

· Ability to Provide a strong understanding for the process and procedure related to the manufacturing of supplements and vitamin capsules.

· Functional knowledge of ERP

· Able to produce KPIs driving metrics and results.

· Experience within pharmaceuticals is required.

· Must have excellent verbal and written skills.

· LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus, but not required

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will:

· Develop new plans and strategies to maintain a high standard within the manufacturing operations.

· Responsible for quality and safety, must ensure standards for product quality.

· Must have great leadership qualities and maintain a highly motivated group of employees.

· Provide Progress and production reports when requested.

· Making sure all supplies are available at all times
