What You’ll Do

• Responsible for productivity and measurement of labor efficiency and effectiveness for hardware, sustaining all engineering efforts throughout the product life cycle, from NPI to EOL, and remake
• Building and leading a team to cover our manufacturing processes, including method engineering, testing, quality, processes and procedures for manufacturing, (un-)installation, and refurbishment
• Leading product DFX processes (X = manufacturing, test, service, repair & installation)
• Establish and adapt common processes from lab to factories and field to streamline and optimize process and product performance

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record of leading the manufacturing processes, including method engineering, testing, quality, processes and procedures for manufacturing, (un-)installation, and refurbishment.
• 7+ years in leadership roles
• Ability to establish and adapt common processes from lab to factories and field in order to streamline and optimize processes and product performance
• BS or MS in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience tracking labor efficiency and effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL, and remake.
• Experienced with product DFX processes (X=mfg, test, service, repair, installation)
• 10+ years in Consumer Electronics manufacturing through outsourced partners
