Director Of Maintenance - Multifamily

MSB Resources has partnered with a great and growing client who is looking for a Director of Facilities based in the Dallas area, Tampa Area or Pensacola area. This role will develop/implement maintenance consistencies with policies, procedures, best practices, identify technology to improve the maintenance experience with the teams/customer, promote safety and identify potential risks. They will work collaboratively with the VP of Centralized Services to develop centralized maintenance functions. They will lead the Redevelopment Project Managers, Regional Service Directors and partner closely with the RVPs to ensure they are getting the right “maintenance support.”

This role will require travel. The regional service directors and project managers will report to them. Need to know renovations and multifamily apartment maintenance. They will be moving to a centralized system. The client will have a call center and call center will dispatch people out, centralized maintenance exp would be helpful. Would love a candidate who to understands centralized maintenance.
