Overview:

Branch Director will oversee all business functions cross- departmentally for the Orlando location. In addition to focusing on developing and coaching their team to generate sales leads.


Responsibilities:


  • Monthly or weekly Continuous improvement calls and strategy with both management and the client.
  • Managing multiple teams across different departments (Carries Sales, Customer Sales)
  • Overseeing lead pipelines
  • Drive the development of your team members to transition into Account Management roles.
  • Assist in hiring efforts, onboarding, and develop new team members
  • Attend and prepare quarterly customer business reviews (QBR) and discuss high level objectives with senior level management
  • Managing Profit & Loss statement for the applicable location
  • Train new sales reps up to the level of performance you expect.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Experience/Education:

  • Proven success in sales development, lead generation, or sales type of role in B2B Sales
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Logistics related field preferred.
  • Above average proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment required.
  • Experience with and/or ability to learn a variety of TMS/CRM platforms.

  • Physical Requirements:


    • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
    • Ability to work in a seated position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
    • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
    • Significant walking or other means of mobility.


    Working Conditions:


    • While performing duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
    • Generally in an indoor office setting; may include occasional participation in outdoor company events.
