As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training and engagement of the people who create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional. They will be both a subject matter expert and strategic Human Resources business partner - able to influence at all levels of the business. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities

• Supports SSC sector and provides direct assistance and support in critical markets.
• Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
• Prepares and presents HR-related topics at Field Operations Workshops for HR Training and Development.
• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
• Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
• Act as the primary point of contact for union representatives

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale projects
• 5+ years' of professional HR leadership role, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
• Experience leading remote teams is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
