Position Summary*
The Director of Data & Analytics is responsible for managing the Data Team and data infrastructure activities, including development of enterprise data and analytics resources, SQL optimization for enterprise systems, and deployment enterprise data models.

Ownership*

• Support and develop the vision for the organization’s data strategy, infrastructure, growth, and deployment and ensure they are operationalized in coordination with IT.

• Work as a strategic partner with business leaders and functional analysts to comprehensively grasp their data and analytics requirements and develop systems that effectively fulfill those needs.

• Establish a Strategic Roadmap for Data, Data Governance/Stewardship, Analytics, Data Science, and AI at Milo’s and manage technical resources and projects.

• Manages the IS Data budget and capital expenditures.

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, advocating for the use of data and analytics to drive business growth and improve customer and consumer experience.

• Manage vendor relationships, software solution selections/RFPs, and ensure the organization is using best in class data software.

• Manage development and maintenance of data-related systems in the organization and recommend solutions to optimize enterprise applications.

• Grow and coach team members, while assisting the team in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Remain current with the latest data management techniques/tools and make recommendations to the IT (Information Technology) leadership.

• Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.

Qualifications*

• BA or MA in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or other related fields.

• At least five years of experience leading exceptional data teams.

• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or Retail required.

• Experience in leading large-scale initiatives to build out data warehouses/lakes powered by multifaceted ETLs (Extract Transform and Load) that are scalable, safe, and sustainable for the future.

• Experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Periscope, etc. Experience with SQL administration and server solutions.

• Experience with cloud-based data solutions preferred. Advanced MS Office 365 experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
