Position Description:
The Marketing Data Analytics Manager is responsible for driving insight and business decisions from marketing and sales data. This role will report into the sales operations and analytics team but be a critical member of the global marketing team. They will be responsible for data integrity, business requirements definition, dashboard creation, monthly/quarterly reporting on all marketing programs, data analysis, and generation of insights that will help optimize allocation of marketing resources.
Responsibilities and Capabilities:
- Advises other marketing functions (website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
- Evaluate overall marketing channel performance to inform quarterly and yearly marketing budgets.
- Establish framework for measuring all marketing activities against company goals.
- Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests and communicate results to the marketing team.
- Identify, manage, escalate and mitigate risks for a timely project delivery.
- Gather and document marketing business requirements and translate those requirements into functional/business and technical specifications and automate where possible.
- Modeling analyses, including multi-attribution, results to goals, projections, and forecasting.
- Liaise with digital agency, internal IT, and CRM support team to ensure all data capture and reporting systems are optimized to provide consistent and reliable data.
- Responsible for all marketing data from beginning to end; quality, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations for future marketing efforts based on internal marketing data analysis and external macro factors.
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on the performance of marketing activities and respond to analytic requests, using platform analytic tools (such as Google Analytics & Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud), database queries (SQL, Snowflake), visualization tools (Tableau) and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Provide direction to the marketing team to ensure best practices for processes and operational efficiency of data collection in execution.

- Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
- Experience with web analytics, web optimization, digital advertising, social media and data management platforms.
- Experience building and automating management level reporting.
- Expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud data importing, cleaning/deduping, and ongoing data management.
- Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in marketing, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent) preferably in med device or other healthcare vertical.
- Mastery of the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel, Tableau/Data Visualization, SQL.
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000/year DOE
