Director Of Business Excellence

This position is responsible for enterprise projects, driving both strategic and tactical initiatives, and managing a team. This position is responsible for continuous improvement in project management, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and management skills
• Manage portfolio of enterprise projects and provide leadership to cross-functional teams
• Identify strategic initiative and effectively identify challenges and priorities.
• Prioritizes projects, identify scope, perform planning and assign projects to team
• Other duties as assigned
• Build document and implement a structure, deliverable driven PMO and/or process improvement methodology including best practices, tools, etc.
• Provide leadership to a PMO team, support growth and development of team and guide team towards successful implementation of projects; set and communicate expectations, provide feedback and recommendations
• Organize, plan and monitor projects, metrics, budgets, people, and processes.

Education/ Experience/Skills:

• Excellent business acumen
• 8+ years of PMO Management Experience or experience plus education equivalent – PMP preferred
• Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)
• Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver strategically important projects through to completion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing business process
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills on MS office, and commonly used accounting software; Microsoft D365, preferred.
• Excellent written and live communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high-performance team
• Excellent management & supervisory skills

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00
